Choose The Type of Christmas Tree That's Right For You
Different species of Christmas trees have different characteristics. They
also have different aesthetic values. Some are best placed outside, while
some could be placed right in the middle of your living room, blending
with your
furniture.
We grow a variety of types so that you can choose the one that's best
suited to your needs. We have plentiful supplies of the Nordman Fir, The
Fraser Fir and the Noble Fir. Let's take a closer look at them. Read the
descriptions below and click on the names for bigger pictures of typical
trees.
Nordman Fir (Abies nordmanniana) – A beautifully dense, symmetrical Christmas tree with glossy green foliage, and if kept watered, will stay as fresh as the day it was cut.
Fraser Fir (Abies fraseri) – A newcomer to the British Christmas Tree market, but the most popular in the US. The Fraser Fir has flattened, dark green needles with broad silvery white bands on the lower surface, giving a silvery appearance, and a pleasant scent. It has a narrow pyramid shape, with strong branches that turn upward, ideal for those with limited space.
Noble Fir (Abies procera) – The noble fir has bluish green needles with a silvery sheen and a fragrant aroma. It is a beautifully proportioned Christmas tree, with stiff branches, ideal for hanging Christmas decorations. They are excellent for retaining their needles.
